Cancelation and Late Policy
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.
Cancellations or changes require at least 12 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and must be paid before booking future appointments.
We honor a 5-minute grace period. After that, we will do our best to accommodate the remaining time in your appointment. Arriving beyond the grace period may result in a shortened service or your appointment being treated as a no-show.
